The things that move the figure most are the size and complexity of the work, the condition of the existing structure, the specification you choose for fittings and finishes, access to the site, and whether planning permission or structural design is required. Do you handle full house renovations?

Yes. We regularly take properties from strip-out through to final decoration, coordinating every trade ourselves rather than leaving you to chase them. That includes rewires, re-plumbs, plastering, joinery, tiling and decoration.

How long does a whole house refurbishment take?

A typical three bedroom terrace runs to somewhere between twelve and twenty weeks depending on scope and whether structural work is involved. We break the programme down room by room so you can see the sequence.

Will you work around us if we are living there?

Yes, and we do it often. The work is phased so you keep a usable kitchen and bathroom for as long as possible, and we sheet and protect the occupied areas each day.

Can you help with damp problems?

Yes. We diagnose the cause first, since most damp turns out to be a failed detail, a bridged cavity or poor ventilation rather than rising damp, then price the repair honestly on that basis.
