What We Do

Bathrooms in South London

Stylish, practical bathrooms and wet rooms, tanked and tiled properly.

Transform your bathroom into a luxurious retreat with our expert design and installation services. We create stylish, practical, and high-quality bathrooms that elevate your home.

What's included

Strip-out, first fix plumbing and electrics, tanking, floor and wall tiling, sanitaryware and brassware, screens, extraction, underfloor heating, lighting and decoration.

Wet rooms and level-access showers are tanked and falls set out properly, because that is the part you cannot fix later.

Types of bathrooms we build

Full bathroom installation

Strip-out to decoration, including all the plumbing, electrical and tanking work that sits behind the tiles.

Wet room

A fully tanked, level-access shower area with the floor falls set out properly. The detailing here is what separates a wet room that lasts from one that leaks.

En-suite

Usually formed as part of a loft conversion or bedroom remodel, where drainage routes and pump requirements need working out early.

Downstairs cloakroom

Adding a WC and basin under the stairs or off a hallway, including the drainage connection and extraction.

Accessible bathroom

Level-access showers, grab rails and wider door openings, designed around how the room will actually be used.

Why choose us

Bathrooms are small rooms with a lot of trades in them. Getting the sequence right is what keeps the job to a couple of weeks rather than a couple of months.

Tiling is set out from the centre of the room and the key sightlines, so cuts land where you will not notice them.

What affects the cost

Every property is different, so we do not publish a single headline price. The things that move the figure most are the size and complexity of the work, the condition of the existing structure, the specification you choose for fittings and finishes, access to the site, and whether planning permission or structural design is required. We will talk all of this through at the site visit and set it out clearly in your written estimate.

Questions

Bathrooms: your questions answered

How long does a new bathroom take?

A typical full bathroom replacement takes two to three weeks on site. Wet rooms take a little longer because the tanking and screed need time to cure before tiling.

Do you tank wet rooms?

Yes, always. The tray or former is set into the floor, the falls are set out, and the whole area is tanked before tiling. It is the single most important part of the job and not somewhere to save money.

Can you fit an en-suite in a loft conversion?

Yes, and we do it on most loft jobs. The key questions are where the soil stack runs and whether a pump is needed, both of which we work out at design stage rather than discovering later.

Can you supply the sanitaryware?

We can supply everything through our suppliers, or fit items you have chosen and bought yourself. If you are buying your own, order early and have it on site before we start.
